Sometime in September 2023, Mira Felicia Malhotra (a brilliant graphic designer & my friend) approached me for a writing project to create an extensive organisational profile for APTN – Asia Pacific Transgender Network. Over the next six months, we plunged deep into the project. Apart from writing, the project involved a huge amount of research, understanding, and sensitivity. I learnt SO MUCH while working on this project – about the trans community, the phenomenal work that APTN has been doing, and most importantly, about the power of collaborations.
