Payal Khandelwal has worked full-time with Kyoorius, The Indian Express Group, Campaign India, and Blink Digital. As an independent journalist, her work has been published in in Man’s World, PrintWeek India, Paper Planes, Architectural Digest India, Motherland, Mumbai Mirror, Open magazine, among others. She is currently a columnist for It’s Nice That.
She has also done extensive content strategy and social media work with brands including ART India magazine, Art1st, JSW Prize for Contemporary Craftsmanship, MTB Exams India, Phantom Hands, among others. All her brand related work has been collated under TFM Studio.
For six years, she published and edited The Floating Magazine – a digital publication devoted to doing in-depth conversations with contemporary visual artists and curators from around the world. The magazine features an archive of over 100 interviews spanning across 20+ countries.
She studied English Literature from Hindu College, Delhi University and Advertising and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Communications, Mumbai.
